UNP is a simpler less involved body to work with. It's basically a suped up vanilla body. From what I understand CBBE has a lot of features but modders have to take that into consideration when making armor mods and such from what I understand. A lot of people are probably like me that use unp are oldrim veterans that are using unp, uunp and bhunp to get the largest variety and almost have the same body across all three with only slight minor variations to the shape.

CBBE is pretty much objectively better than UNP because of the support and tools, and you can pretty much make UNP's body in CBBE using BodySlide if you want to. I don't like either of their default bodies because CBBE is too ideal, but the waist is way too thin, and UNP is too petit.

Honestly just stick with unp. I've alternated between unp and cbbe for years and I can confidently say now that unp is better. Armor mods are way better on this side. But on a real note: It's personal preference. We can't really choose for you. Pick the one you want.

CBBE has advanced to 3bbb/3ba (same thing dif authors pretty much) while UNP has evolved to BHUNP. now there are 2 main differences to them and that is with the breast/butt: In CBBE the butt is smoother at high weight values such as thicc body types.
