Dr. Metzger graduated in 63 and is STILL helping with the EECS 452 labs. Beaumont and Bill Arthur are teaching it this semester.There will be three equal components to the course grade. Five problem sets. A take‐home exam. I've actually seen the work into creating new projects in eecs 280 and it's no small feat. The project specs in eecs 280 are among the best you'll get in my opinion. And it goes through round after round of review and round after round of guinea pigs to test the implementation.Cannot retrieve latest commit at this time. I would definitely recommend staying in it. Edit: if you are on PC, I used Vscode and the setup was way easier than Visual Studio.

I'm just wondering how hard the labs projects are, because I might be having a back to back from 3427 EECS to 1010 DOW (eecs 280 to eecs 203). Im not sure if that's enough time in between (ik the buildings are pretty close lmao but ig idk if taking some stairs, coming from the back of the building, etc. might make it actually take kinda long)?The 280 website has instructions for VSCode. This will give you the chance to properly learn the C++ toolchain and avoid a lot of the problems that students have at the beginning of 280. Bonus points for using a *nix platform since 280/281 use a lot of standard *nix tools.

Edit: TL;DR- I am struggling with the pressure of getting a B or higher in EECS 280 because I failed Project 2 while being in a very bad partnership with someone and I am feeling discouraged about the computer science major as whole and wondering if I should just switch to math.
