Your under truck wiring is suspect. Unplug the bumper plug by depressing external tab, and rotating the plug a 1/3 turn or so til you can remove it from the bumper. Now slide back the gray redundant lock on the connector, depress the connector tab, then seperate. Inspect for corrosion.
