I would suggest the Bifrost, and not for reasons of audio superiority since I don't have experience with the new Multibit model. As mentioned above the upgradeability is a rather nice but the biggest advantage is its power supply. My Modi 2 Uber picks up more audible noise then my gen 1 bifrost ever had.
