The spa experience is wonderful. Have been there several times. It is clean, plenty of pools, saunas and space. The food is delicious. The check in experience needs work. I shouldn't have to get somewhere an hour early to have to wait on line for an hour to get in when I have an appointment. This has happened every time I have gone there.
