For officers, all medical paperwork has to be approved by BUMED regardless if there is a dq condition or not. If you didn’t get DQ for anything, then you wouldn’t need a waiver. If you were dq, you submit records for DQ condition to BUMED and they will decide whether to waive you or not. 3.
