Saddles online are a bit confusing. But for my two cents, get one of the 'special' saddles early (saddles with the builtin stirrups). I got the one with -12% for everything and +25% for the last stat. This was the best saddle I could find at early levels (cannot recall the saddle name, but its one of the special ones).
