If it were just the ethereal mist and that were toned down, I'd use it. Alot. It honestly would be a fairly good "void" ephemera. I received the protovyre collection from a clanmate as a gift. (in case that's relevant.) I think the relic one must be bugged because I obtained 7 different relics while focus farming ESO and didn't gain a single bit of progress. I was host at the time.
