It is crystal clear Madden 23’s Face of the Franchise is intended to be played as a quarterback. The story, the cutscenes, and some of the objectives are all focused around the QB position. Playing QB gives you the most control over the outcome of each game. You can choose to be locked onto the position or to control the entire offense.

Now the LB slot is empty and the QB slot when opened leads to my LB save. Except the game still thinks I’m a QB and won’t let me upgrade LB skills despite that being my position.

Was a lvl 25, with a CB that was 94 overall and everything reset but only for my League player. My H2H still has my level 25 and my Rep points. Played about 3/4 quarters though my first face of the franchise season and my hb got changed to a QB? Still says I'm QB but when I go to upgrade skills it shows me as a QB.
