I purchased the "Lux Pro" PSP711TS, But I received the TS9000 but thanks to the ultra helpful staff at Lux, they returned my call and explained the "Lux Pro model" was for contractors, and the "TS9000 model" was for homeowners. I am impressed with Lux's response time. The Pro cost about $10 more and comes packaged in a box.
