LS and Kioti produce "private label" tractors for other tractor brands. They do private labels because they have been unable to fill a national distribution network with their primary brand. The private labels expand LS and Kioti unit volume although under other's brand. (Private labels are a reality in many consumer products, not just tractors.)

The LS dealer was a little over 64 miles one way and the Kioti dealer was only 30. The LS XR4145 tractors are very nice, the two things I did like about them is that they had two remotes in the back and a work light to see when hooking up equipment at night. The instrument panel was more high tec.
Kioti is made by Daedong in South Korea. MF 1526, Yanmar 324/424, Kubota b2601, Kioti cx2510, JD 2025 are all comparable models. Not to mention the TYM can do that. Got a quoted price before taxes of $29,900 for the NX5010 HST. $27,900 for the DK5310E HST. It seems most models that are comparable between the two are a $2000 price difference. As fancy as the bells and whistles are with the NX, I just don't see the advantage yet.
