They're usually a gimmick, but for the 365, they add just enough girth to the grip for it to fit the hands much better. Should help with the grip angle by a minute amount, as well. I wound up with an Icarus frame to mount a light, it's better than the OEM, but still not perfect. Little thin, tends to point low for a pistol with an RDS.
