Back in January 2018 when Sig pulled the first release of the P365 one of the changes made to the P365 was the Recoil Spring along with the addition of the X-Ray3 Sights. They need to polish themselves up, so keep it wet with some sort of gun lube. I put a dab of grease on the barrel lug too. Trust me on this, it does help these 365`s run very smooth. You have besides the Recoil Spring, the Striker Spring Assembly that needs to be "Set" to fire, so while reducing the recoil spring tension may help, it's not the only major spring you're dealing with. Going too light on the Recoil spring may allow the pistol to "beat itself up", and cause feeding issues.
