Food are the basic and advanced consumables for survival in Conan Exiles. Thralls will automatically eat certain foods if placed in their inventory. For thrall healing rates, see their diet table. All foods can also be fed to thralls manually by placing the food in their inventory and selecting "Use". This will apply effects such as Sated, Regenerating etc.War party is terrible. One thrall with well trained will wipe the floor with two in war party. Only aspect I can see is for bringing two bearers for farming or for leveling two thralls at once. As far as i can tell it only effects damage provided directly from the authority stat.
