I had a new character that did not show the legend lost sector from today. Went to the EDZ and ran it once and as soon as I did and went back to the entrance the icon was there to start the legend version. Just ran it 4 times and got the new titan exotic.

you have not completed or disovered it. Your character must be at the soft cap (I believe it's now 1520 with this season) and have completed the sector once on normal. Also there was an odd bug last season with conflux where the flag wouldn't show up until you clear a few other sectors on nessus first. Might be worth trying that also.
