Surrounded is a lame perk, I'm not sure what enhanced surrounded does but I doubt it makes the perk any more useful. Surrounded is just disappointingly situational in its use. In content where you can wade into adds to activate it, it's complete overkill. In any content where you might actually want it the enemies will absolutely murder you.
