EDIT: I fixed the problem by moving my saves and roms to another folder and then reinstalling Cemu, and then moving saves and roms back to previous folder. I'm experiencing a weird lag/stuttering problem when I have FPS++ on in Cemu on Steam Deck. I have tried versions 1.26, 1.27, and 2.0, and the problem always exists when FPS++ is activated.

Breath of the Wild is pretty close to a fully playable state in CEMU, even at 4K 60 FPS. The game remains close to around 60 FPS in most scenarios though some areas like the Great Plateau can still dip into the 45-50 FPS range on my system. I also haven't quite completed my shader cache yet so I still get some occasional shader stutter.Follow that and about halfway down you will see information on USBhelper. This is probably the easiest way. This should help you out. Imo downloading it straight up from thepiratebay is way easier than USBhelper. Just look for breath of the wild and it's the first result, with update and DLC included.
