I was on the prowl for an attachment for an older weed eater that would replace the difficult to reload the string mechanism when I found the RINO-TUFF PUSH-N-LOAD 3-BLADE UNIVERSAL TRIMMER HEAD. The trimmer head design looked interesting so I decided to see how the install would work out.Pull the spool out and unravel the old wire, but note how the wire was attached to the spool. Cut off 20-25 feet (6.1-7.6 m) of replacement string and attach it to the spool the same way the old string was attached. Reinstall the spool and put the cap back on to finish restringing your weed whacker. 1.Place the gas can on a flat, stable surface and insert the funnel. Remove the gas cap from the string trimmer and turn the trimmer over slowly, draining the gas tank into the gas can via the funnel. Locate the rubber fuel line that enters the gas tank and remove it.
