Re: Miller BlueStar 2E AC/DC. I think you will find a shorted SCR 50 on the pcb. Check between pin C and J. Label and remove wires and test with ohmmeter. J is ground and C is the ground for the coil. SCR 50 connects C to J to turn solenoid on. Get owner's manual, diagrams are all in there.
