My weakest gear is 24% with most of my gear being 27-30%. I also have heart and badge. My legion is 4.5k, my af is 800 and my flames seem to be similar to his. The only things I can think of that could be holding me back is my tyrants which are 11/10/5. The second being my level which is 238.
