My IM COMAT is in a week and a half and I've been doing UWorld. I feel like I have a good handle on the material but then I get around 50-60% on my UWorld sets. AMBOSS tends to have some more esoteric, kinda random questions that are lower yield. If you only do one, do UW. If you can afford both and love question banks, do both. My IM COMAT had no OMM with regards to the questions it was asking. However, it did give me some BS OMM findings just to artificially lengthen the question stems in an attempt to crunch me for time lol.There is a pretty good dirtyUSMLE video that goes over uspstf guidelines for preventative screening, also as someone who failed the IM comat the combank SPECIFIC shelf exam for IM helped me pass (not greatly but was a pass). I found those comat specific shelf exams helped a lot when trying to pass my comats and was in a time pinch.
