Some people say to go with fully synthetic ones, some say motul and some say fully synthetic will slide your clutch. Im confused.

At the racetrack we use oil height (as one of the things) to tune the effect of the "air spring" inside the fork to prevent bottoming in the last few inches of travel under hard braking. Dot 3 brake fluid is the lowest quality you can get, synthetic or otherwise, and was really designed for older vehicles. It has a very low boiling point and in a high-performance motorcycle, your fluid could get very hot. Also, it is very hydroscopic (absorbs water).
