Did you make sure it was pointing gshade to the right ff14 folder in your pc? If its not pointing to the right directory it won't work.

Just a reminder that the creator of GShade put code into it that turned it into malware to own a 16 yr old online who was forking gshade, and blamed the 16 yr old saying that they are lucky that it was only a restart. This also got them banned from Github. Wouldn't trust them.
