This morning as I was driving all of a sudden I noticed that the green D (Drive) light in the console started flashing. Didn't notice a substantial change in the way the gears shift. Maybe a tiny bit less smooth. It blinks regardless of the transmission speed selection. It goes away upon engine shut down and restart but it comes back shortly after.On the way out from home on the highway the D light started blinking. The car shifts perfectly and does not slip. Needless to say I pulled over rather quickly, let the car sit off for a few minutes, and then turned around for home. It did not start blinking after that.
