They'll all one hit kill just about anything when you're on horseback, and one hit kill a couple of things with the slice through mod. The menavlion and billhook are probably the weakest of the swing-polearms and they're still more than adequate to get the job done.

Glaive is a good bit faster so it can give you more kills, although it is shorter than rhomp and have less damage (if you go just a tad fast on hose every kill should be one hit anyway) So basically do you prefer playing it safe, stick with rhomp, or going ham then go with glaive.

Although you can use one-handed or two …I did a campaign using that unique weapon you can buy from one of the battanian cities thats like a glaive (i think it starts with an R). 6-7 dead on one swing was very common. You can adjust how much damage carries through a kill now. You can also set it to only cut through if it kills the first enemy struck.

Well, there is the long glaive but other than that, there's the war razor which is similar and the bent razor which is interesting because it only does swing damage (I hate doing a thrust attack when I meant to swing, probably just my incompetence but still it helps).
