I have army HPSP at a school that costs 400k. People that tell you not to do HPSP, or say its not worth it or you can make enough in private practice, simply aren't doing the math. Let me show you the math. Army pays tuition = 400k I get paid about 20k after taxes each year just to go to school (stipend), plus a 20k sign on bonus.
